With over a decade of experience in behavioral health, case management, and health systems navigation, I bring a trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens to my coaching.
I’ve supported hundreds of women and healthcare professionals through burnout, emotional overwhelm, and identity transitions. My work is rooted in compassion, lived experience, and the belief that healing happens in spaces where we feel safe, seen, and supported.

Currently completing certification through an NBHWC-approved training program, I integrate evidence-based behavior change practices like motivational interviewing and values-based goal setting to help my clients build sustainable wellness—on their own terms.

For first-gen, bicultural, or BIPOC women seeking to reclaim identity and self-worth while navigating major life transitions like motherhood, divorce, career shifts, or relocation. This coaching supports self-discovery and grounding in your values and voice—without guilt or hustle.
